hello katy i love your monster plushies, they're wonderful! such fun looking personalities. thanks so much for your lovely comment over on my blog today. i always like to experiment with different materials and fabrics. and make a conscious effort to be sympathetic to our environment by repurposing fabrics where i can. cotton, calico and linen are great to use as a base. i find the more natural the fiber the easier it is to work with. felt is pretty wonderful too as its so soft and needles love going through it! i really want to work more with felt. good luck with your studies and keep exploring and creating!! x evie
